  • Ground screws installed for the foundations
  • All walls and floor constructed using SIP panels
  • The roof is a composite powder coated metal skin panel
  • PVC coated single skin metal sheeting cladding
  • Aluminium powder coated flashings
  • Internal finish includes birch ply sheets for walls, floor and ceiling
  • Economy electrical package comprising of mains consumer unit, internal LED strip light, white plastic double sockets and light switches.
